1. No walk-ins. Prior reservation required.

2. No transient camping. Long term camping only. Minimum stay is 7 nights.

3. Front gate will be locked at all times. Each licensee will be responsible for locking the gate on their entrance and exit of the park.

4. Gate key deposit is $50.00 which will be returned at the end of the licensee’s stay.

5. The campground will operate on a self serve basis with very limited service amenities. Each licensee is responsible for the maintenance of their own site, for example: grass cutting,
weeding etc. and transportation of black water to the dump station.

• Prior to using the park lawnmower or any other tools please see the park operators first.
• For any tools or lawnmower, the available hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00PM.
• The handle and the black water tote cart are outside the workshop for your convenience any time.

6. All visitors to your site must report to the park operator upon their arrival for accountability purposes. Check out time is 1:00 p.m. There will be a ½ daily rate charged after 1:00 p.m. with
departure by 7:00 p.m. Please inform the office when you are checking out.

7. Only 2 cars permitted on each site. Any other vehicle must park at a designated area.

8. The waterfront is unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

9. No ATV’s, are allowed in the park.

10. Please, respect other's privacy by staying on the roads when walking in the park.
Please, DO NOT CROSS OR FISH ON OTHER PEOPLE'S SITE.

11. No fireworks or explosives permitted on park property.

12. Maximum of 2 adults and children under 14 per site or guest fee will apply.

13. All daily visitors must be out of the park by 11:00 p.m., or they must pay the overnight fee.

14. Adults are responsible for the actions and safety or their children and guests.

15. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and must not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed on the beach area at any time. Owners are expected to clean after their pets. Any dog showing aggression is not permitted in the park. Excessive barking is not tolerated. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE AND YOUR PET WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

16. Obey posted camp speed limit. No driving on the grass, stay on the road ways.

17. Prior to launching any boat, please, check with the park operators first.

18. Park trailers and utility trailers in the designating area only. Parking on the roads or on empty sites within the park is not allowed.

19. All campfires and timings must conform to the Muskoka Lakes Township rules and regulations. NO DAYTIME BURNING. Fires must take place between two hours before the sunset and two hours after sunrise. CAMPFIRE MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED.

20. Firewood may be purchased at the office.

21. Cutting, nailing or defacing trees in the Park is prohibited.

22. Noisy parties, profane language and excessive drinking will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages must only be consumed on your site. QUIET TIME is 11:00 pm through 8:00 am.

23. Washrooms may be closed daily for cleaning. We apologize for any inconvenience.

24. Deposit garbage in container located in the park. Our park container is for household waste created in the park only.

25. If you keep and clean your fish at your campsite, put the leftover unused fish in a plastic bag and put it in the dumpster.

26. All facilities are used at your own risk. We will not be responsible for damages, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either property or individuals. We reserve the right to cancel your park permit for detrimental conduct or violation of park rules.

27. Please report any conditions needing our attention.

28. When in doubt for anything else, please, ask the park operators.

29. This is a wilderness area. Please dispose of all trash into the animal-proof container. Do not leave trash or food out overnight. Clean your BBQ after use.

30. THESE RULES MAY BE AMENDED BY THE PARK MANAGER WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
